The summer is upon us.
In the past nineteen months, many of us have had time periods where we trained on our own, saw meets cancelled, saw seasons cancelled, and also lost friends and loved ones.
Today is Memorial Day. This is the day when we thank those who have given their lives to protect our various freedoms in this country.

The best way to celebrate the fallen heroes of our country? To respect one another and to live life to its fullest.
