Malaika Mihambo won the European Outdoor title in 2018 and World Outdoor title in 2019, both in the Long Jump. In 2021, Malaika Mihambo won the Tokyo 2020 title. In 2022, the German long jumper will compete in both the World Championships in Eugene and European Championships in Munich. Busy summer for Malaika!

MUNICH (GER): Malaika Mihambo is looking forward to defending both her world and European long jump titles next year, informs Leichtathletik.de. “Mentally, I think it will show itself to me in such a way that I can look forward to both and really focus…sure, as the defending champion you want to present yourself particularly well, of course, so the motivation there is consistently high,” she said.
