Today, on your day off, consider the year, consider your best races, and consider the ones that just did not work. What did you learn from the best races? What did you learn from the bad races? I raced over 500 times, and learned something from each race.

Monday–an easy 30 minute run

Tuesday-day off, or a walk

Wednesday-an easy 30 minute run

Thursday -day off, or a walk, or a swim, or a bike ride

Friday-an easy 30 minute run

Saturday-day off, or a walk, or a swim, or a bike ride

Sunday-an easy, 45-50 minute run
