Each Wednesday, all through the spring season, we will feature a clip from Coach Danny Mackey. Danny coaches the Brooks Beasts TC. He is the founding coach of this Brooks sponsored team. Danny coaches athletes from 800m to 5000m (he also coached the 600m indoor AR holder as well. Danny is a running & track geek. He gets it. If you speak with Danny, you will find that he thinks about all of the things that need to be done to make a complete athlete, as well as all of the things needed to do for you to excel at your primary event.
We are lucky to have Danny Mackey working with us this spring. I guarantee that you will find new concepts and understand more of what you are doing than you ever have before. Special thanks to Brooksrunning.com (check their site out when you get the chance).
