I hope you were as inspired by the World Indoor Champs as I was. 619 athletes from 129 countries! The World Indoor Champs are the last global champs until next Summer in Eugene, Oregon! Make sure that you go to the World Outdoor Athletics Championships next Summer! It will be amazing and you will remember it the rest of your life!

For today’s workout, keep it easy. A big day on Tuesday!

Your workout today is: Monday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes moderate running, 6 x 100m stride outs, cooldown

Monday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes moderate running, 6 x 100m stride outs, cooldown

Tuesday: Warm-up, 12 x 200 meters hard, 200-meter jog, the pace is 1500m, 30-minute run, cooldown,

Wednesday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes, moderate running, 6 x 100m stride outs, cooldown

Thursday: Warm-up, 12 x 400m, at 3000m pace, 400m jog in between, cooldown

Friday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes moderate running, 6 x100m stride outs, cooldown

Saturday: warm-up, Racing on the relay, 4x400m, plus a 1000m, or an 800m, cool down

Sunday: 65-70 minutes moderate pace, on trails
