Our topics today:
1. Cross Country season is in full swing.
2. The indoor season is almost here.
3. THE TRACK at New Balance will host
80 events in 2023 and host 250 workouts.
4. The Armory will host the Nike Indoor, and THE TRACK will host NB Indoor.
5. NXN regionals were hot this past weekend. Footlocker now Champs XC will have regionals on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
6. NCAA XC Champs on Nov. 19.
7. Some thoughts on doping and AIU.
8. Congrats to Jon & Betsy Hughes (and son, Chris) on winning the 2024 Olympic Trials!
