This is Monday, January 30, 2023.

This is day one of week Five in the 2023 Winter Training Block.

Monday is the day after a long run, and two days after a race day.

Your workout today is warm-up slowly, 50 minutes of moderate running, on terrain of your choice, and a slow cool-down.
