March is almost over!

Your easy day workout is warm-up, 50 minutes of easy running, and then a nice cooldown.

Keep it relaxed, and remember, seven, seven, and seven, sit-ups, pullups, and pushups.

Easy days are important. So, keep it easy! You have a race on Saturday!
