Recovery days may not be sexy but are key to your development and survival as an athlete. Want to race with all of your skills?

Then, take recovery days seriously.

This is your workout for today: warm-up well, 30 minutes of easy running, 6 x 150-meter stride outs, then 20 minutes of easy running, cool down slowly.
