2023 RunBlogRun Spring Training for the Middle Distances, 800m-5000m, Week Eleven, Day 4, Thursday track session

Today is Thursday, May 25, 2023.

This is a fast-track session.

Your workout today:

Warm up real well, slowly, 6 x 150 meter stride outs, then, 8 x 400 meters at Mile pace, with 400m jog in between, run last two at 800 m pace, then, run 30 minutes easy, and a slow cooldown!
