Sundays are the days for the long runs.

This is Sunday, July 9, 2023.

Your long run today?

So warm up slowly, and start out slowly, and run an easy 55 minutes to an hour.

Get some friends, have some fun, tell some tall tales, and enjoy the movement.

Cooldown well.

Watch the USATF Outdoors on CNBC or Peacock today.
