This is Week Five, Day 4 for the 2023 RunBlogRun Summer Mileage program.
Hills build you up and give you strength and confidence. Hill runs over the summer help prepare you for the rigors of the cross-country season.
There were days we did hill charges, there were days we did a long run through the hills, and there were days we did hill mile repeats.
Find the workouts that give you confidence and strength.
Your workout today is warm-up, 55 minutes of hilly running, and cool down.
