This is Friday, August 4, 2023.

This is your workout for Day 5, Week 5 of the 2023 RunBlogRun Summer Mileage Program.

The goals of our Summer Mileage Program are to get you prepared for the fall cross-country season.

The program is built around ten weeks of training, focusing on building mileage, putting in some hilly runs, long runs, and later in the season, some racing.

Your workout for today, is warm up well, 50 minutes of easy running on soft ground, slow cooldown.
