Rai Benjamin is the Olympic silver medalist in the 400m hurdles and the American record holder.
In 2022, Rai won the World Champs bronze medal after dealing with injuries most of the season and requiring surgery. In 2019, Rai won silver in the 400m hurdles and gold in the 4x400m relay in Doha.
In 2023, Rai had been dealing with injuries and a lack of training, and he achieved a bronze medal is pretty amazing!
