This is for Tuesday, December 20, 2023.

This is a Recovery day.

In. your recovery days, please do what you want, bike a 40-minute bike ride, walk for an hour, run for 30 minutes,

or take a nap.

Do what you need to do to unwind.

His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. Larry has published several magazines on athletics, from American Athletics to the U.S. version of Spikes magazine.
