This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!

This is my last podcast for 2024! Enjoy! This is our podcast for December 28, 2024!

Coffee with Larry is now over six hundred episodes!

Coffee with Larry is sponsored by OMIUS, the cooling technology company can be found at www.omius.io

Omius is the official cooling technology partner of RunBlogRun

OMIUS makes cooling pods that, when moistened every 30-45 minutes, will keep the athlete cool. OMIUS has hats, visors and head bands using the cooling pod technology. Sifan Hassan wore the OMIUS head band in her gold medal run in the Paris Olympics. Bashir Abdi took the Olympic silver in the men’s race, adding to his 2021 bronze medal, equalling the great performances of Karel Lismont of Belgium (1972-silver, 1976-bronze), wearing OMIUS head band.
