Global News: Marcel Jacobs cancels competitions, taking diagnostic tests, by EME News
ROME (ITA): Marcell Jacobs has cancelled his participation in the Diamond League events scheduled in Lausanne and Brussels on August 20 and 22. According to his staff, the cause is a minor muscle injury that occurred during training in recent days. Jacobs was invited to Rome by FIDAL to undergo a series of diagnostic tests at the Institute of Sports Medicine and Science, to assess his health for participation in the World Championships.
