Welcome to #CoffeewithLarry, Episode 839! January 22, 2026, at THE LENOX HOTEL, Boston, MA. for the 2026 NB Indoor Grand Prix!
This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field! We go LIVE Monday-Saturday, at 10 Am Central time in the U.S.A. Email me at [email protected]!

1. Exciting meet on Saturday, January 24!
2. The Men’s 2k, Women’s 1,500m, Men’s 3k, Women’s 3k, Men’s 600 meters, Women’s Long Jump, Men’s 800 meters, Women’s 60m hurdles and Men’s 60m hurdles are going to be fun!
3. Final event of the meet, Men’s 300 meters!
4. Presser tomorrow, watch for coverage.
5. Dubai Marathon is February 1, 2026. Dubai, now in its 25th year, is sponsoring LIVE FREE STREAMING around the world! Learn more at www.dubaimarathon.org! This year, the Dubai Marathon is presented by www.asics.com!
6. The Women’s Long Jump should be a great one at The TRACK at NEW BALANCE, Claire Bryant, Jasmine Moore, Monae Nichols and Anna Hall!
7. RunBlogRun will cover Millrose (Feb 1 LIVE ), Czech Indoor (Feb 3), Madrid Indoor (Feb 6, on site), Dusseldorf ISTAF, and Karlsruhe meeting remotely. Millrose will be covered on site by Jeff Benjamin and
8. RunBlogRun will be at the RAK Half Marathon on February 14, 2026, at www.rakhalfmarathon.com
