This is the third embed that we have done of Coffee with Larry. I began this as a FB LIVE program in June 2022  on https://www.facebook.com/RunBlogRun.

Each day, yours truly waxes semi-poetically about the happenings of global athletics. Today we spoke about the iconic Nike Border Clash and the NXN. We talked about Johnny Truax and Josh Rowe, two overly enthusiastic running geeks who gave us both events. We spoke about Ian Dobson and Galen Rupp, both winners of the Nike Border Clash, and we also chatted about the 2022 BMW Berlin Marathon coming tomorrow!

We will post daily on RunBlogRun, so we hope you enjoy it! This is the broadcast for Saturday, September 24, 2022.

Hey space travelers! I will also be doing a special Coffee with Larry (I normally take off Sundays) due to the 2022 BMW Berlin Marathon, so watch for CWL around 8:30-9 AM Pacific time on Sunday, September 25, 2022!

This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!

This is #coffeewithLarry for Saturday, September 24, 2022.
Our topics today:
1. Big weekend in cross country and marathons.
2. The Nike Border Clash, legacy event and reason why NXN is around.
3. Josh Rowe and Johnny Truax, two overly enthusiastic Nike guys (then), gave us Border Clash and NXN.
4. Border Clash-no more. NXN is amazing.
5. NXN, Footlocker big events end of the season for cross country.
6. My visits to NXN and Border Clash.
7. Both Ian Dobson and Galen Rupp won border Clash
8. Berlin marathon, what will we see tomorrow?
See you Monday on #coffeewithLarry, #NikeBorderClash, #NikePortlandXC, #DellingerInvite, #crosscountry, #trackandfield, #BerlinMarathon2022, #eliudkipchoge, #guyeAdole, #MarkParker,
