This is day seven of Week Twelve of the 2022 RunBlogRun Fall Cross Country Training & Racing Program.

Sundays are long run days.

Long runs are key to your development. We plan them on Sunday.

Keep the pace moderate and enjoy the scenery on the run.

Your workout today is warm up well, a 70-90 minutes long run at a moderate pace, then a slow cool-down.
