2. Congrats to Irene Riggs and Aaron Sahlman, the winners of the girls and boys Nike Cross Nationals today!
3. Congrats to Irene Cheptai and Sebastian Kimaru, who won the Iten Cross country, event 4 in the Athletics Kenya series in 2022.
4. The CIM Marathon is tomorrow, so good luck to all who are running Sacramento tomorrow!
5. Congrats to Sadie Engleheart and Samuel Hansen, who won the Champs XC Western regional today!
6. The Valencia Marathon is Sunday, December 4, 2022. Will Letesenbet Gidey run really fast? And good luck to US runner CJ Albertson!
