A busy, busy Monday. This is Coffee With Larry, our daily news program for  Fortius Media Group (RunningNetwork), courtesy of RunBlogRun!
This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!
This is our #coffeewithlarry Program for Monday, December 5, 2022.
Happy birthday to my three sisters, MaryLou, MaryBeth and Kathy! They are not triplets!
Our topics today!
1. Kelvin Kiptum and Amane Beriso lead way at the Valencia Marathon on Sunday.
2. Letensebet Gidey took 2nd at Valencia, set debut WR of 2:16.51. Beriso ran 2:14.58, and Kiptum, in his debut ran 2:01.53!
3. Big Cal International on Sunday, 54 men under 2:20, 45 women qualify. Futsum Zeinsallassie won in debut 2:11.01, and Paige Stoner won in 2:26.04.
4. Nike Cross Nationals had Irene Riggs and Aaron Sahlman leading the girls and boys.
5. Champs XC West regional held, and Champs nationals next weekend in San Diego!
6. Big 5000m at Boston U on Saturday, Ky Robinson of Stanford in 13:11.53, Anne Rodenfels wins again in 15:08.22 PB head of Katelyn Tuohy.
7. Fitness Bank Cross Champs was held in Austin, Texas on Dec. 1. Edwin Kurgat and Alicia Monson won the elite men and women.
8. USATF convention created typical partisan blaming and wondering when they will make some decisions.
