The rumors have been there for some time. Papa Diack, the son of IAAF President Lamine Diack, and a consultant for the IAAF Marketing department, has been linked to several schemes to gain favor with the IAAF for payments of sizable amounts of cash. The story was first run in the Guardian UK, but taken down. Then, it appeared on SportsPortalNet, a site on sports in both German and English.
