Our topics:

#forshoegeeks

1. The Brooks #GlycerinMax is my fave Glycerin model. Stable and sturdy, I wore it over the last 3 weeks on 3 continents, loved the ride, the support and the CUSH! www.brooksrunning.com

2. The ASICS #FujiLite5 is a great shoe for high schoolers or new runners. Good stability, great outsole, strong cushioning, this shoe is putting ASICS back in the mind of non ASICS loyalists, well done, ASICS! www.asicsrunning.com

3. I wore the 361 USA Lynx Magma on my walk in the snow yesterday and they were great. Vibram sole, good tread, nice for trails and great in cold weather, check out www.361USA.com

4. The NIKE #PegasusPlus is a good shoe in the right direction. The Premium #Pegasus model, shows that NIKE is focused once again on runners and not taking them for granted. I like the track slipper feel and the midsole. It is a good entry level running shoe for young runners, www.nikerunning.com

5. The Brooks #Cascadia16 is one of my favorite winter shoes. Featuring #Gore-Tex, the Cascadia16 is stable, sturdy with a strong outsole and midsole that can handle cold weather. Great winter trainer. www.brooksrunning.com

6. Cole Hocker does not like to loose. The Olympic gold medalist at 1,500 meters gave a strong interview to David Monti (shown on CitusMag) about hearing the moniker, Olympic gold medalist for the first time and also how much he does not like to lose.

7. Grant Fisher’s life has changed. This two time Olympic bronze medalist, with ARs at 2 miles, 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m plus now WR for 3000m indoors is about to see his life change a bit. Coached by his high school coach, Mike Scannell, Grant is very analytical. Let’s see how he does over 5,000m this weekend at BU.
