Ibrahim Jeilan won the 2011 Daegu World Championships in the 10,000 meters over Mo Farah. In 2013, Mo Farah evened up the score, winning the 10,000 meters from Jeilan in the last 300 meters.

Jeilan has been training hard for his debut. Claudio Berardelli, the coach for the Rosa Group, told us that Jeilan trained very well for his debut in the Virgin London Marathon.
Andy Edwards of Trackwise/Globerunner interviewed Ibrahim Jeilan on Wednesday, April 10, 2014 at the Men’s elite press conference.
Jelian told the assembled media that he was hoping for a 2:06 in his debut.

Arthur Abele, GER, was Dqed from 110m hurdles.
The German team protested. Abele was reinstated, so he ran 110m hurdles, by his lonesome, in 14.51, hitting one hurdle after discus. PB is 13.55. This ...will be defending Euro Champions' last decathlon.
