We liked this series with Frank Gagliano so much, we are republishing this. Watch next week when we start a 20 week series from Coaches Frank Gagliano, John Trautmann and Tom Nohilly, from HOKA ONE ONE’s New Jersey New York Track Club, on how to be a better cross country runner!

Enjoy this video from Coach Frank Gagliano!

Frank Gagliano is one of the finest coaches to ever educate in our sport. Frank Gagliano is respected and admired by his current athletes and former athletes. Frank Gagliano has returned to the East Coast after a decade spent coaching at Nike Farm Team (Stanford) and Nike Oregon Track Club. Frank is now coaching the HOKA ONE ONE New Jersey New York Track Club, along with assistant coaches Tom Nohilly and John Trautmann. We met with Frank after he greeted his athletes after the NYRR Dash to the Finish Line 5k on November 5, 2016. With the Shoe Addicts’ support, I interviewed ‘Gags’, as he is known to his athletes and friends, about the nature of coaching, who should run cross country. Gags loves what he does and loves coaching the HOKA ONE ONE New Jersey New York Track Club. We wanted to thank Frank Gagliano and Mike McMannus of of HOKA ONE ONE for providing us the time for the interview.
