Frank Gagliano is one of the finest coaches to ever educate in our sport. Frank Gagliano is respected and admired by his current athletes and former athletes. Frank Gagliano has returned to the East Coast after a decade spent coaching at Nike Farm Team (Stanford) and Nike Oregon Track Club. Frank is now coaching the HOKA ONE ONE New Jersey New York Track Club, along with assistant coaches Tom Nohilly and John Trautmann. We met with Frank after he greeted his athletes after the NYRR Dash to the Finish Line 5k on November 5, 2016. With the Shoe Addicts' support, I interviewed 'Gags', as he is known to his athletes and friends, about the nature of coaching, who should run cross country. Gags loves what he does and loves coaching the HOKA ONE ONE New Jersey New York Track Club. We wanted to thank Frank Gagliano and Mike McMannus of of HOKA ONE ONE for providing us the time for the interview.
