LEVERKUSEN (GER): World long jump champion Malaika Mihambo will compete over the 100m at the #TrueAthletes Classics in Leverkusen on 16 August, Leichtathletik.de reports. The German, who has a best of 11.21 from last season, will face national champion Tatjana Pinto plus Rebekka Haase, Jennifer Montag and Lisa Meyer. German record-holder Julian Reus and Joshua Hartmann headline the men’s event. Also scheduled for the meeting are the women’s mile, the men’s javelin throw and men’s and women’s sprint hurdles.
