I always loved relay meets.
While I was at Bellarmine, we had the WCAL Relays, King City Relays, and a couple of others. The WCAL was a lot of fun, as we had 4 x 1 mile, Distance medley, and 4 x 880 yard relay and sprint relay. I did three one year, and was pretty beat, plus, running in the old school adidas Interval spike, I had too thin of socks and got real hot spots. The relays for distance runners were a lot of fun, as we got to run together as a team.
Enjoy relays, they shake up your racing and training!
