The season is now coming to the big time. For high schoolers, state meets FootLocker, NXN, and US Junior champs. For college runners, NCAA regionals, NCAA and US club cross country championships.
Your 18 weeks of running (summer training plus ten weeks now) have made you strong, and your last six weeks of racing, for some ten weeks, will provide you with racing fitness to help you endure the challenges of racing at this time.
Your workout today, Saturday, November 5, 2022, is warm-up, 2-4 stride outs, and a 5k championship race, then, a long cooldown, say 30 minutes, and then, stretch.
