This is the last day of April.
Track season in the US is coming into high gear for high schoolers; college athletes are just a short time from the big champs, and the elite season is about to get really exciting.
For many of us, Sundays are about the long runs.
This is your workout for today, a good warmup, mostly stretching, then, 75-90 minutes of moderate running, and a good cooldown, with hydration key for rest of day.
