This is Week 8, Day 4, and the workout today is a hill day!
Your workout today is to warm up slowly (13 sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups), 15-minute moderate run, 6 x 300-meter hills, 15-minute moderate run, 6 x 300-meter hills, 15 minute moderate run, 6 x 300m cut downs, on the flat, and slow 15-minute cooldown, stretch, and hydrate in your cooldown.
