This is Sunday, May 21, 2023.

This is day 7 of Week ten.

You had a tough race yesterday, so keep it relaxed today on your run. If there is any tightness, slow it down.

Your workout today, warm-up well, 75-90 minutes moderate pace, off roads, and then, cooldown and hydrate.
