This is day 3, Week 9, Wednesday, August 30, 2023  for RBR Summer Mileage Program.

This is your recovery workout for today.

Warm up, 45-55 minutes of moderate running, 6 x 150m stride outs, cooldown.

Please hydrate, 8-12 glasses of water, soda does not count as anything and watch. your caffeine and please watch for energy drinks, they are junk and can be dangerous.
