Fresh Atapuerca Cross winner Batocletti faces a quality opposition of Kenya’s Sheila Jebet, finishing second in Atapuerca, Great Britain’s Megan Keith, U20 Ethiopia’s Cinque Mulini winner Yenenesh Shimket and local challenge Laura Luengo. The Spain-based Burundian Kwizera finished in first place in Alcobendas for four years in a row, and takes on Eritrea’s Cinque Mulini champion Saymon Amanuel, Italy’s Yohanes Chiappinelli and Thierry Ndikumwenayo.
