Workout for Saturday  June 14,  2026,(Week 13 , Day 7, Spring 2026), End of season workouts

This is the end-of-season workouts for Spring 2026. This is to help athletes prepare for the end of the season, which happens from June 1 to June 21.

(Upcoming meets, Nike Outdoor, June 18-20, NB Outdoor, June 18-20).

On June 1, we will begin pre-season for the RBR Summer mileage program, and we encourage runners from 400 meters on up to try it.

We will also continue training for track and field through the NIKE Outdoor and New Balance Outdoors, which will be held June 18-21.

End of season workout for Sunday, June 14, 2026: 

Your Sunday workout: warm-up, long run, 55-70 minutes, moderate pace, cooldown.
