This is Day 7, Week five of the 2022 RunBlogRun Fall Cross country Training & Racing program. We will publish daily cross-country training until late December 2022.
This is the seventh day of the week, and it is time for your long run. The Long run is a key part of your weekly training program, and we encourage you to run with your training partners, find a nice trail or park and enjoy the 70-90 minutes.
Today’s workout is warm-up, stretching, 70-75 minutes today. Just keep it easy if you are sore from racing on Saturday. Remember to hydrate and cooldown.
