Today is a hill workout.
Hill workouts are a fantastic way to build fitness, speed, and endurance.
There are many ways to include hills into your workout. We will try two below;
Your workout for Tuesday is, warm up well, 30 minutes moderate pace, 10 times one minute uphill, 2-minute jog, then, cooldown well, or
Warm up well, 4 x 200 m uphill, jog down, 30 minutes moderate pace, 6 times 200m uphill, jog down, 15 minute cooldown slowly.
