This is the workout for day 3, Week 13 of the 2022 RunBlogRun Fall Cross Country Training & Racing Program.

This is Wednesday, November 23, 2022.

This is a recovery day, on the third day of the week in Week 13, for the 2022 RunBlogRun Fall Cross country Training & Racing Program.

Recovery is key to your development. Hard days are easy to do as you focus and get the work done. But going easy on a recovery day

takes true skill and focus.

For your workout today, warm up slowly with 50-55 minutes of moderate running and easy cooldown.

    Larry Eder has had a 52-year involvement in the sport of athletics. Larry has experienced the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now, journalist and blogger. His first article, on Don Bowden, America's first sub-4 minute miler, was published in RW in 1983.
