Welcome to the Saucony 500 Mile Challenge! Here is your thirteen weeks of training!

This is a progressive program. The Saucony 500 Mile Challenge is a program over 12-13 weeks, that gives runners in high school a 300, 400 and 500 mile challenges to prepare them for Fall cross country. Great encouragement (some surprises) and support from Ben True and Molly Huddle, two of Saucony's top runners.
