This is the fifth report on European XC results for the 2015.2016 season. The European Cross Country Champs are December 13, 2015. We wish the 400 plus athletes from dozens of European Federations the best of luck and some great racing! Thanks once again to Carles Baronet, our friend from Catalonia, who compiles these reports for RunBlogRun.

Karston Warholm proved that he is back. Warholm went out hard, and then, was rewarded with a fine of 47.12, a new championship record, Happio of France takes silver in 48.56, with Yasmin Copello, ...TUR, 2016 Amsterdam gold, 2018 Berlin silver, bronze this time!

Femke Bol wins 400m hurdles and 400m flat
In the end, no one could compete with Femke Bol, Femke Bol had a flawless race, running 52.67, a new CR, breaking the EACR of 2010. In silver, Viktoriya ...Tkachuk, UKR, runs 54.30, with Anny Ryzhykova taking bronze, 54.86.
